Dr Dirk van der Kley is the Co-Founder and Co-Head of BiaSPARK.

Dirk leads the Australian National University’s Genes and Geopolitics Program. Prior to joining ANU, Dirk was the Program Director for Policy Research at China Matters. He previously worked at the Lowy Institute for International Affairs. He holds a PhD from the ANU.
